Our curated range includes UK and Spanish designer labels, exclusive to Ever Elegant in Australia. Styles include dresses, pantsuits, jackets, and coordinated sets in sizes 8 to 24.

 

📏 2. How do I choose the right size when ordering online?

UK and European sizes are different from standard Australian sizing. We recommend checking your snug body measurements against the size chart on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us with your measurements, and our team will help you find the best fit.

 

✂️ 3. Do you offer alterations?

Yes. We offer in-house alterations to adjust the fit of your garment. Pinning for alterations and alteration pickups are by appointment only. Please get in touch to arrange a time with our team.

 

📦 4. Do you offer delivery across Australia?

Absolutely. We offer Australia-wide shipping, with free shipping on most distance orders. All parcels are sent with tracking and require signature on delivery for added peace of mind.

 

🔁 5. Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?

Yes. We offer easy returns and exchanges for distance customers within Australia. Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached, and within the timeframe stated in our returns policy. Contact us first so we can guide you through the process.

 

🛍️ 6. Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

No appointment is necessary to visit our boutique or try on dresses. You’re welcome to walk in during opening hours. Appointments are only required for alteration pinning or garment pickups.

Yes! Many of our outfits are ideal for spring and summer weddings, including garden, beach, or destination ceremonies. We stock lightweight fabrics, breathable linings, and styles with flattering coverage and comfort.

 

🧳 8. I don’t live near Melbourne. Can I still shop with confidence?

Absolutely. Our Distance Buying service makes it easy to shop from anywhere in Australia. We offer help with sizing, styling advice by phone or email, and support you with returns if needed. You’ll receive the same warm, expert service even from afar.

Wonderful selection of outfits for mother of the bride. And 2nd wedding outfits for the more mature and sophisticated women . Amazing helpful and wonderful staff.
