AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All domestic orders are shipped using Express Post.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

For all orders under $300 shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $15.

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Processing times for online orders may take up to 2 business days. Once orders are dispatched, they will be with you between 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally to most locations in the world.

For International shipments, we partner with Australia Post.

Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $75AU.

International delivery times will vary depending on unique processing procedures at ports of entry.

Please note that the cost of the garment and the shipping does not include any duties or taxes payable at the destination country.

REFUND POLICY

For ladies purchasing online.

We know you're going to love your outfit. But if for any reason you don’t, you’re welcome to return them in an unworn condition within 7 days of receiving them.

  • We'll refund you 100 percent of the price you paid for your outfit.
  • You will be responsible for the return postage

For in store sales-

If your purchase was made in store, please bring it back to the store within 7 days of your purchase. You can only exchange it or receive a credit note. There won’t be any refund unless the item is deemed faulty.

Conditions for online returns:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from receiving the purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • The original invoice/order confirmation is to be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Ever Elegant reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements.

TO RETURN

  1. Read the Ever Elegant Returns policy to check if your item is eligible for return.
  2. Pack all merchandise including the paperwork received with your order. Simply advise us via email or phone of the impending return, include a note mentioning your choice between exchange (please indicate for which size) or refund.
  3. Please ship the item/s to:

  4. We recommend that an insured traceable method is used to ensure delivery. Ever Elegant will not be held accountable for any damaged, missing, or late incoming deliveries.
  5. Your return will be assessed and if eligible, your refund/exchange will be processed. You will receive a notification when this occurs.
  6. For refunds, please allow 3-5 working days from the day we have processed this, for the funds to be deposited into your account.

It’s important to be aware that there are a number of other websites selling poor quality fake designer copies, pretending to be authentic. We have heard many horror stories of ladies purchasing through websites that seem to be genuine, only to find the outfit they have received is of low quality and a terrible fit, with no chance of refund or repairs.

You should keep a lookout for websites that offer very low advertised prices even if they look genuine; there is a fair chance they may be fake manufacturing websites. Many of these websites pirate pictures from designer websites to portray a high quality product, when in reality what you receive is not what you have ordered.

Although we sell online and regularly deliver to customers Australia wide, we are a bricks and mortar store with a physical shop location and an excellent reputation of service and quality.

EVER ELEGANT LAY-BY POLICY

Lay-By is offered at Ever Elegant When you lay-buy an item, we put the item on hold for you so it does not get sold to anyone else. You can then pay for them over an agreed period of time in installments.

It is our way of making our products really affordable for you, by allowing you to pay them off over a period of time.

Please refer to the full terms and conditions below:

  • The lay-by period is for a maximum of three months, unless otherwise agreed to with management.
  • A non-refundable deposit must be a minimum of 20 % of the total purchase value.
  • Special Order items require a 50% deposit, fully refundable if the order cannot be filled.
  • The minimum lay-by sale is $200.
  • The cancellation fee charged on a lay-by is the forfeiting of your deposit.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on lay-by items with the exception of faulty goods or in accordance with your legislated rights.
  • The customer or the store has the right to cancel a lay-by.
  • If the customer cancels the lay-by within three months they have the right to a refund of the payments made, less the cancellation charge.
  • If the store cancels the lay-by within three months the customer will be given seven days’ notice and will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
  • Customers will be contacted for all lay-bys that are not completed by the due date. After the due date the lay-by will be cancelled and the customer will be given a refund for their payments made, less the cancellation charge of 20% of purchase value.
  • The cancellation charge is applied to compensate the retailer’s selling, storage, loss of potential to sell and administration costs.
  • Any items placed on lay-by cannot be altered until the lay-by has been paid in full.
  • No items can be taken by the customer until the entire lay-by has been paid in full.
  • For Sale Items, Ever Elegant is unable to offer its lay-by service.
